They come from a variety of backgrounds, occupations, faiths, and circumstances, but they all share one thing: the committment to make a difference.

Since 1986, the YWCA has held its annual Salute to Outstanding Women of Achievement. Five women from throughout Butler County are selected by a panel of judges in recognition of their exemplary contributions in community service.
