YWCA Hamilton SOAR

YWCA Hamilton SOAR is a free and unique program for Butler County Residents to get help to find and keep the job they desire.
Participants will:

Participate in SOAR workshops best suited to their needs, based on their skills, interests and the career path
they would like to follow and excel in.

Discover their personal traits, preference, aptitude, strength, and weaknesses using a variety of career
assessment tools.

Establish an action plan with attainable employment goals and milestones.

Utilize the SOAR Networking/Support Group, where we will offer networking opportunities, motivational
activities and job leads.

Receive professional support from Vocational Intake and Assessment Counselors and Job Developers during the program and its completion.
